Managing Director

Royi Established SensyPAM on 2015 and is service as it's managing director, with a target to be an A to Z solution provider for precision agriculture reaserch support tools.

Royi has more then 25 years of R&D leadership experience at the field of high performance machine development, mobile apps, and systems. That experience was acquired while working for companies at any size, from startups mid size and also novel enterprises.

Chief Scientist

Oded holds PhD in Physics from the Hebrew university. Over the last 35 years, Oded lead successfully complex technologies and systems development. Oded has deep view and understanding of multi-discipline systems including electro-optics, microscopy, optical analysis, image quality, high power lasers, fiber optics, system analysis and calculations, behavior and a best outlook towards new inventions realization. Oded also holds several patents at the field of multi-discipline engineering.

Plant Scientist

Itai is a Plant Physiology, expert from BGU.
Skilled physiologist and agronomist with 15 years’ experience in plant biochemistry, biotechnology, and agronomy. Led R&D at Deligene (CTO/co-founder) and CollPlant, focusing on genome editing, plant-based proteins, and stress physiology. Managed multiple projects on breeding, seed traits, and climate adaptation. Postdoc at University of Missouri and UC Davis. Consultant for VCs and agrifood firms (Loyal VC, Bright-Green Partners, Rockstart). Lectured at Ramat Negev International Training Center. Expertise: plant stress, alternative proteins, regenerative agriculture, grant writing, and curriculum development.
